The Village of Vernon Hills is interested in your suggestions, ideas and needs as a user of the bike/pedestrian path system within and connecting to the Village of Vernon Hills. On March 16, 2004, the President and Village Board of Trustees amended Ordinance 2004-18 adopting a Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan as Addendum 1 to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan . The Village recognizes the importatnce of providing an adaquate system for pedestrains throughout the Village and has incorporated the suggestions and ideas from our residents.
