The Clerk’s Office is part of the Community Development Department and is one of the first contacts when customers visit or telephone the Village. Services provided by the Clerk’s Office include licensing, permitting; records management and distribution of general information.

The Clerks Office accepts your old and worn American flag for proper disposal.

Passport processing is done by appointment only. We have created some Guidelines for applying for your passport.  You can also visit the US State Department for more information.

Voter registration and absentee voting can be done in-person, as well as notary services are available.

Metra parking passes; Temporary handicapped placards are issued through the Clerk’s Office and application forms are available on this website.
