We have not received any formal application or plans from the developer or Walmart. In the next several weeks, we anticipate receiving prospective dates for the Community Meeting. Upon receipt, the staff will schedule one of the local school auditoriums for the meeting.
Information on the Cuneo Annexation Agreement, Zoning and other information from the annexation of Gregg's Landing has been posted on our website. We felt that it was important for the residents to have easy access to the various documents which govern all property within Gregg's landing.
